  • Our fish is delivered “fresh” from Northeast Seafood. They have been in business in Denver for over 30 years.
  • We pour Lavazza Italian coffee.
  • Our steak is hormone & antibiotic free; Cedar River Farms is located in Greeley, CO.
  • Chef Michael makes our sausage by hand with the finest herbs and spices from Denver based specialty food company, Italco.
  • The Bolognese is made with 6 meats: pork, veal, beef, capicola ham, salami & pepperoni.
  • Michael created the Tuna dish in our first “Vista” in Avon, CO.
  • The fettuccine is made in house daily by Kenzie.
  • The bean dip is made with white beans, parsley, chili flakes, garlic, lemon juice and a dash of salt & pepper.
  • Michael’s Limoncello recipe takes over a month and a half for it to “cook” to perfection.
  • Each specialty cocktail has been hand crafted and tasted by Janine before adding to the menu.
  • Candelo hand rolls our Tuscan spring rolls daily.
  • The Tuna Tartare is a RAW, sushi like appetizer.
  • Our soy sauce is organic & gluten free Tamari.
  • Vincenza’s Bakery owner & resident of Castle Rock, Greg delivers our bread daily.
  • Please be mindful that VistaVino is very small; on weekends we plan on 1.5 to 2 hours for guests’ dinner.
